At SEND Assist, our mission is to empower parent carers, children, and young people by delivering high-quality information, advice, and guidance at an affordable price. To ensure that our services are accessible, we offer a sliding scale of fees based on the type of support you need, as detailed below.
We offer the first half hour of support at no charge, allowing you to decide if you would like to continue with additional guidance afterward.

More complex information & advice
You can expect a tailored approach to your needs for advice, ensuring clarity and a solution focus. This support goes beyond simple questions. It tackles more complex problems that need more extensive help.
For example Education, Health and Care needs processes, Permanent Exclusion
£20 per hour or part thereof
Tribunal advice, guidance & support
If you are navigating the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Tribunal process, you are not alone. From your initial application to preparing and presenting your case, we understand that these proceedings can feel overwhelming and complex.
SEND Assist is dedicated to providing you with the advice and guidance you need at every step.
£25 per hour or part thereof

SEND Assist promotes partnership and person-centred approaches creating a comprehensive advocacy service that not only aims to support parent carers of children and young people with SEND but fosters confidence and self-advocacy. Through joint efforts and by putting the child or young person at the centre, SEND Assist will help parent carers navigate the complexities of education, health and social care services, promoting positive outcomes for their child and young person.
